Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Drive to and from client visits in your own car (transport allowance provided)

• Assisting with personal care (e.g. dental hygiene, showering)

• Assisting with household duties (e.g. cooking, cleaning, shopping)

• Supporting client in accessing community (e.g. appointments, shopping, recreational activities)

• Read and follow Care Plans and task instructions

• Monitoring and reporting on progress, health and other issues

Requirements:

• Cert III/IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability

• Current Provide First Aid Certificate HLTAID003

• Current Provide CPR Certificate HLTAID001

• Current Manual Handling Certificate

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and Car

• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

• Current National Police Check

• Current Working with Children's Check (Employee Type)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
