About the Role
Advocare Australia is inviting qualified and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our Talent Pool in Adelaide and surrounding areas.
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care to people with disability in a variety of settings, ensuring their health, safety, and independence are supported in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
Working within your scope of practice and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide essential clinical care, contribute to care plans, and work closely with support teams and families.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in line with participant care plans and NDIS requirements

Deliver high intensity supports, including:
-
Complex Bowel Care
-
Enteral Feeding Management
-
Urinary Catheter Care
-
Diabetes Management & Subcutaneous Injections
-
Epilepsy & Seizure Support
-
Severe Dysphagia Management
-
Complex Wound Care
-
Tracheostomy Care (within scope)
-
-
Administer and document medications in accordance with regulations
-
Monitor health changes and escalate concerns to the RN or medical team
-
Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and support workers
-
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Essential Requirements
-
Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
-
Clinical experience in disability, aged care, or community nursing
-
Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID001)

Current Manual Handling Certificate
-
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Employee Type)
-
Current National Police Check
-
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
